O preço da inscrição varia entre 124.69 EUROS, ou seja 25.000 escudos Portugueses.

O preço mais elevado compreende o transporte em autocarro dos aeroportos de Lisboa no dia 2 e de Talavera (Badajoz) para Elvas e vice versa, nos dias 2, 3, 8 e 9 de Junho, os materiais do Simpósio, algumas refeições, cafés, espectáculos culturais e visitas a outras cidades muralhadas. Será também posto a disposição dos participantes um serviço de transfer dos hotéis para o local do Simpósio.

O preço da inscrição para os acompanhantes é de 99.75 EUROS, ou seja, 20.000 escudos Portugueses.

O preço compreende o transporte em autocarro dos aeroportos de Lisboa no dia 2 e de Talavera (Badajoz) para Elvas e vice versa, nos dias 3, 4, 8 e 9 de Junho, algumas refeições, cafés, espectáculos culturais e visitas a outras cidades muralhadas.

A Câmara Municipal de Elvas enviará a confirmação aos participantes, após efectuado o pagamento da inscrição.

O registo dos participantes terá lugar no dia 3 de Junho, entre as 14 e as 17 horas, junto do secretariado do Simpósio que funciona nos Hotéis.

Contudo o registo poderá ser efectuado também no dia 4 de Junho no local do Simpósio a partir das 10 horas.

As sessões plenárias serão traduzidas em Português, Espanhol, Italiano e Inglês. Os painéis em Espanhol e Inglês.

A organização dispõe de vários hotéis que praticam preços especiais para os participantes. A reserva e o pagamento devem ser efectuados directamente para os Hotéis em anexo, com a indicação que é um participante no Simpósio das Cidades Muralhadas. Por favor, no formulário de inscrição informe a organização do nome do Hotel em que efectuou a reserva e respectivas datas.

Aconselham-se os participantes que se deslocam de avião a viajar para Madrid e daí para o Aeroporto de Talavera (Badajoz) - Companhia local AIR EUROPA - uma vez que fica situado apenas a 30 minutos de Elvas.

Os participantes que viajarem no dia 2 de Junho devem viajar para Lisboa, por falta de ligação entre Madrid e Talavera nesse dia à tarde.

A organização põe a disposição dos participantes autocarros que farão o transfer entre os aeroportos e Elvas.

No dia 2 de Junho o serviço de transfer será oferecido apenas ao fim da tarde, do aeroporto de Lisboa para Elvas. No dia 3 de Junho funcionará apenas durante a tarde de Talavera (Badajoz) para Elvas. No dia 4 funcionará de manhã e tarde de Talavera (Badajoz) para Elvas. Este serviço de transfer estará igualmente disponível para o trajecto Elvas-Badajoz (Talavera) durante todo o dia de 8 e 9 de Junho.

Procurar-se-ão organizar grupos de participantes. Prevemos algum tempo de espera no aeroporto.

Os horários de saída dos hotéis para o aeroporto, nos dias 8 e 9 de Junho serão comunicados localmente.

Para os participantes que necessitarem de vistos, os mesmos terão de ser obtidos pelos próprios, nos consultados e embaixadas de Portugal nos seus países de origem.

O Simpósio terá lugar no Cine-Teatro de Elvas, no Centro Histórico da cidade.

The highest registration fee includes: bus transportation from the Lisbon Airport on 2 June and from the Talavera (Badajoz) airport to Elvas and back on 3, 4, 8 and 9 June, all materials concerning the Symposium, some meals, coffee, cultural shows, and visits to other walled towns. A shuttle service from the hotels to the site where the Symposium is taking place will be available to all participants.

The registration fee for accompanying people is 99.75 EUROS,that is 20.000 Portuguese escudos. Elvas City Council will send a confirmation to the participants after payment of the registration fee is received.

The registration of the participants will take place on the 3 June between the 14 and 17 p. m., in the secretariat that will be set up in the Hotels. However, the registration can also be made on June 4 in the place of the Symposium from 10 a. m.

The plenary sessions will be translated to Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and English. The boards will be in Spanish and English.

The organization has several available hotels which offer special prices to the participants. The reservation and the payment should be done directly by the delegate to the Hotels available with the indication that you are a participant of the Symposium of WTFC. Please, inform the organisation what Hotel you booked and dates in the registration form .

We advise participants traveling by plane to fly to Madrid and from there to Talavera Airport (Badajoz) - local company AIR EUROPA - Just 30 minutes from Elvas.

Participants traveling on 2 June are advised to fliy to Lisbon, because on that day there is no connection from Madrid to Badajoz in the afternoon.

The organization will put at the disposal of all participants a shuttle service between the Airports and Elvas. On the 2 June the shuttle service will be offered only in the aftermoon from Lisbon to Elvas. On the 3 June they'll be offered in the morning and in the afternoon from Talavera (Badajoz) to Elvas; on the 4 June the shuttle service will be offered in the morning and in the afternoon from Talavera (Badajoz) to Elvas. The buses will also be available to take the participants from Elvas to Badajoz (Talavera) airport throughout the day on the 8 and 9 June.

We'll try to organise groups of participants. We expect that they will have a waiting time at the airport.

Information about the schedule of the buses leaving to Badajoz (Talavera) on 8 and 9 June will be given locally.

For the participants needing visa, this must be obtained by the participants themselves in consulates or Portuguese embassies.

The Symposium will take place at the Elvas’ Cine-Theatre, inside de Historic Center of the city.
