Development
Plan The
Development Plan outlines a Business Plan for the Walled Towns
Friendship Circle (WTFC) over the period January 2001 -
December 2003. It highlights specific actions to address
the identified development needs of the Circle. All
actions have SMART targets, and are shown at a local,
regional/national and European level.
The Business
Plan will be used by the WTFC Executive Committee to direct,
monitor and evaluate the activities of the Circle over the
next three years. Progress against agreed targets will
be measured through an annual survey of Members and the
results will be presented each year at the WTFC Symposium.
